Purpose of This Privacy Policy

This website and event (the "Event") is owned and operated by **The Muslim Creative** ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or attending the Make Halal Money Online Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific products or sessions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here. Continued participation in the Event after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content delivered as part of this Event, including videos, live sessions, workbooks, slides, graphics, and downloadable materials, is our property or the property of our licensors. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content for **personal, non-commercial use only**. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our content (including workbooks or session recordings) without our prior written consent.

2. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us (including comments, testimonials, WhatsApp group messages, or Q&A submissions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional and educational purposes, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

You represent that anything you submit is your own work, does not violate any law, and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

3. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

We make **no guarantees of income or specific results** from participating in this Event. Any examples, testimonials, case studies, or figures shared during the Event are individual results and are not typical. They do not represent a promise that you will achieve similar outcomes.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, background, market conditions, and how you apply what you learn. You participate in this Event and use its content entirely at your own risk.

4. Halal Compliance Disclaimer

This Event is designed to share general business, marketing, and content-creation strategies within a framework that aims to be consistent with halal principles. However, we are not a certified Islamic scholarly body, and nothing shared during this Event constitutes a religious ruling (fatwa). 

You are responsible for evaluating the permissibility of any specific business activity, product, or income stream according to your own understanding, and we encourage you to consult a qualified scholar for guidance specific to your situation.

5. Eligibility

Participants under the age of 18 may register for and attend this Event only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Consent is collected as part of our registration survey at the time of signup. By registering as a minor, you (and, where applicable, your parent or guardian who provided consent) agree to be bound by these Terms.

By registering for a paid ticket, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Tickets, Access & Payment

The Event offers two ticket types: 

- **Free Ticket** — includes access to workbooks and all 3 live Challenge sessions.

- **VIP Ticket ($49)** — includes access to workbooks, all 3 live Challenge sessions, 3 exclusive VIP-only group calls (via Zoom, not one-on-one), and 30-day replay access.

All ticket purchases are for individual use only. VIP call links, replay access, and workbooks may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a registration, or revoke access at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

7. Refund Policy

VIP Ticket purchases are eligible for a refund within **7 days** of purchase. To request a refund, email support@saufiyah.com within that window with your name and the email address used for the order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Free tickets are, by definition, not eligible for a refund.

8. No Program Guarantees

Unlike some coaching programs, this Event does not include an income or performance guarantee. Participation gives you access to the live sessions, workbooks, and (for VIP ticket holders) group calls and replay access described above. It does not guarantee any specific financial outcome.

9. Replay Access

VIP ticket holders receive access to session replays for **30 days** from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Replay access may be delivered through a private link or platform of our choosing, and we reserve the right to change the delivery platform as needed.

10. Community Guidelines (WhatsApp Groups)

We host WhatsApp groups to distribute session links, updates, and (for VIP members) call details. Respectful behavior is required. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group who violates these Terms, harasses other participants, shares spam, or otherwise disrupts the group, without refund.

11. Live Sessions & Recording

By attending our live sessions, you acknowledge that these sessions may be recorded for replay purposes (available to VIP ticket holders) and for our own internal and promotional use. Q&A portions that follow the main session are for live attendees only and are not distributed afterward.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This Event, its content, and any related materials are provided **"as is"** without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this Event or use of its content.

We do not provide investment, legal, tax, financial, or religious ruling advice. All content is for educational purposes only. Please consult a licensed professional or qualified scholar, as applicable, before making financial or religious decisions based on anything shared during this Event.

13. Registration & Account Security

You agree to provide accurate information when registering for the Event and to keep any account or access credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your registration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **State of New York, USA**, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
